I find this encouraging, and worrying. At a time when New Zealand’s political leaders are determined to continue to support polluting and energy intensive farming others are leading toward alternatives. This is just one example of developments.
Encouraging, because a basket of sustainable food approaches gives us resilience; worrying, because here in New Zealand we are gambling that business will continue as usual. Study history, it won’t.
