Going for a run could improve cramming for exams — ScienceDaily

Here in New Zealand it is time for exams with both senior high school and tertiary students studying for exams over the next few weeks.

There is no doubt in my mind that exercise helps me to relax and perform well; however, I am pleased to share the link below, which provides more evidence of the link between exercise and study success.
