What Is Science? From Feynman to Sagan to Curie, an Omnibus of Definitions | Brain Pickings

I am trained as a scientist.  Before I was a teacher I was a research chemist.

This post from Brain Pickings is an old favourite of mine.  In it, hear  the voices of influential scientists; expressing their views of what science is.  Much more about, process, and attitudes; than facts.  Science is exploration, not dogma.  An active and curious way of life.  And, for me, at least, a lot of fun.
