We are happier, healthier; just better, when we spend time outside: light, fresh air, wind, stars, moon-light, forest, individual trees, running water, a still lake, the roaring sea… Outside is magic.
This week I received my email from DavidSuzuki dot com. Their current project is encouraging Canadians outside. It is spring there and after winter it is time to play outside. The challenge for May is to be outside for 30 minutes for the 30 days of May. What a wonderful idea.
