Community and tomatoes

One thing-to-do is speak your passions. I love gardening and often speak with the gardeners at work. Gardeners like other gardeners. That is a real community. Last Friday I discussed my plans for the weekend, including planting tomatoes. I was offered a gift of four plants. Thank you.

The photo is one planted out, looking fresh, healthy and green.

This is a strong, beautiful looking plant. Is it from earlier in the year or freshly planted? If from earlier what was your experience and also, what variety is it?

    • Thanks for your interest. I enjoy gardening too. It is a newly grown plant, the gardeners have a glasshouse and know what they are doing; a generous gift. A random tomato, one was a cherry tomato the remaining three were different conventional tomatoes. I did not note the specific variety (No pen and paper). I will enjoy the surprise later on.
